"I have subscribed but I cannot play the videos on the website"

 

Until the new independent website is finished, our videos are hosted by Vimeo On Demand. Make sure to be logged into the same Vimeo account you have used to subscribe on the same device and browser that you are using to navigate our website and play the videos. If you still cannot play the videos from the webiste try refreshing the page or use another browser (Safari is sometime problematic but Chrome and Firefox work perfectly fine).

 

 

"Can I purchase only one month subscription without automatic renewal ?"

NO - Vimeo does not give us the possibility to remove the automatic renewal option. BUT - If you unsubscribe immediately after subscribing -or anytime before the day of renewal- you will enjoy your 30 days of subscription before your membership ends and will not be renewed unless you manually subscribe again.

 

 

"Can I get a refund ?"

 

We cannot refund directly as everything goes through Vimeo. However, if there is a legitimate reason for you to request a refund, you can contact the Vimeo support centre (support@vimeo.com) and ask them for a refund. They will then contact us for approval and after receiving our confirmation you will be refunded.

 

 

"How can I see the captions or subtitles ?"

 

You can activate the captions or subtitles by clicking on the CC button at the bottom right corner of the video player. If you cannot see this button it means this video doesn't have any captions or subtitles. Unfortunately this function is not available from Vimeo's TV apps, so you must play the videos from your laptop, tablet or mobile device to activate the subtitles.

 

 

"What are the DEMO videos ?"

 

Some of our harnesses tutorials also feature a 'DEMO' version. These are the same harnesses but shot in a more straight forward way without explanation. They are helpful if you wish to refresh your memory about a pattern without having to listen to all the explanations again!

Is there a refund process?

We cannot refund directly as everything goes through Vimeo. However, if there is a legitimate reason for you to request a refund, you can contact the Vimeo support centre (support@vimeo.com) and ask them for a refund.   • Hi, I was wondering if the agura shown in the " BASIC TIES ON A PARTNER - AGURA & EBI " can be used to play with partials, using the loop that's connected to the chest harness / neck to connect to a hard point instead? or would the structure need to be enforced somehow? (just to play with the body balance without actually lifting the but from the ground).

I enrolled into Shibari-Study two weeks ago and quickly realized your tutorials are the best you can find all around the internet so far. So thanks so much from sharing your knowleadge, empathy and flow with the rest of the world... I noticed there's a short film you performed with Geltasta called "Spellbound". I tried tro find it but couldn't see more than the trailer. I'm really interesed in watching the whole movie, so, can you please let me know where I can download it/buy it if it is available right now? Thanks so much. Look forward to see your coming soon classes around the Shukabishi since I'm really in love with that harness.   • Do you foresee any issue if we tie the neck hug tie (the version in the beginners course) immediately under the breast (in the same plcae as the TK second wrap) instead of the waist?
